• Islamic dates may alter due to Moon sightings
• Personal travel is not included in this package schedule.
• Please be aware that hotel check-in times are after 6 pm and Check out before 12 pm unless otherwise stated.
• Changes can occur without prior notice. We shall endeavor to give you as much notice as possible.
• An Agreement between Pilgrim and Hajj agent has to be signed duly.

Booking Policy:

• As per your desired Hajj package, you have to submit your NID copy & Cell number for Pre-registration.
• For confirming online pre-registration, you have to pay BDT 35,000/-
• The rest of the package amount has to be paid within the government's declared time.
• Must have signed an agreement paper during Booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• No refund after online registration.
• No refund on the ticket booking money after it is booked.
• All cancellation policy is followed by Bangladesh and the KSA government.
