Submit required documents including passport copy, photos, NID, and vaccination certificates. We'll verify all documents.

Payment

Make initial deposit (30% minimum) via bank transfer, bKash, or cash. Full payment required 45 days before departure.

Visa Processing

We'll process your visa application with Saudi authorities. You'll receive updates throughout the process.

Pre-Departure Training

Attend mandatory training sessions covering rituals, dos and don'ts, and practical tips for your journey.

7

Final Confirmation

Receive final itinerary, flight details, hotel information, and group assignment 7-10 days before departure.

Departure

Meet at airport on departure day. Our staff will assist with check-in and ensure smooth boarding.

Valid passport (minimum 7 months validity)
Recent passport-sized photos (2 copies, white background)
National ID card (NID) copy
Meningitis vaccination certificate
COVID-19 vaccination certificate
Marriage certificate (if traveling with spouse)
Mahram documentation (for women)
Birth certificate (if applicable)

Visa rejection: Full refund minus processing fee (৳15,000)
