Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: 30% of total package cost
• 45-60 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• 30-44 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total package cost (no refund)

Visa Rejection

In case of visa rejection by Saudi authorities:

• Full refund minus visa processing fee (৳15,000)
• You must provide official rejection documents from the embassy/consulate
• Refund will be processed within 30 business days

Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to insufficient participant numbers, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative package.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 7 months from the date of travel
• You must provide accurate and complete information for visa applications
• All required vaccinations (Meningitis, COVID-19) must be obtained and certificates provided
• Women travelers must be accompanied by a Mahram (as per Saudi regulations)
• You must attend mandatory pre-departure training sessions organized by Noor Hajj BD
• You are responsible for any consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation

Expected Behavior

All participants are expected to:

• Respect local laws, customs, and Islamic traditions in Saudi Arabia
• Follow the instructions of tour guides and group leaders
• Maintain proper Islamic conduct during the pilgrimage
• Stay with the assigned group and follow the itinerary
• Not engage in any illegal activities or behavior that may bring disrepute to the group

We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who violates these terms or Saudi laws, without refund.

Noor Hajj BD acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies). We are not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines
• Loss, damage, or delay of baggage
• Illness, injury, or death during travel (we strongly recommend travel insurance)
• Theft or loss of personal belongings
• Changes to hotel accommodations due to overbooking or other circumstances
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.)
• Visa rejections by Saudi authorities

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, airline failures, or Saudi Arabia's changes to Hajj/Umrah regulations. In such events, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to undertake the pilgrimage:

• You must disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your travel
• You must carry necessary medications and prescriptions
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability
• Travel insurance is your responsibility; we can recommend providers but do not sell insurance

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Noor Hajj BD and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. Our company name, logo, and trademarks are registered and may not be used without authorization.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers via email or phone.
